AIDS Care Ocean State is hiring for a full time Development/Volunteer Coordinator
Description: The Development/Volunteer Coordinator, under the direction of the Director of Development, maintains and acknowledges gifts in the database, maintains and updates the website, produces and distributes media releases for all agency activities and events, and assists with production of internal and external communications. He/she will produce and maintain archives of all media related materials for the agency. The development/Volunteer Coordinator will function as a member of the development team and assist with design and production of direct mail pieces.
Special Considerations: Requires strong organizational skills. Requires flexible scheduling including evening and weekend hours and the ability to travel between agency sites and the local geographic area independently. Requires strong computer skills for word-processing, graphics, web design and database management.
